I think John McCain wants to waterboard children

Uhhhh he wants the third grade teacher to be Ms. Lucy Pencilmath who puts you in "Time Out" when you misbehave, and in 4th grade we have Sgt. Bombalot who will waterboard the 4th graders if they get outta line...
